GRS services can be tailored to meet specific goals for individual patients. Garrett Rehab expertise addresses a broad range of physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and audiology. Patients become active members of their rehabilitation program and are the center of focus for all decisions related to their recovery. The location makes these services available to outpatients in a convenient and accessible way. Mission Statement Garrett Rehab Services is dedicated to the delivery of these health care services and products, which are designed to habilitate, educate and rehabilitate patients, thus ultimately improving their quality of life. All services are provided to assure that the patient maintains the ability to function at their maximum level, through functional screening programs and comprehensive evaluations and services. All services are provided through sound fiscal management, quality recruitment, and dedication to retention and education/training of therapy and management teams. |
Garrett Rehab Services is a joint venture between Garrett County Memorial
Hospital and Select Medical Corporation with a commitment to provide
full rehabilitative services to the community. Our facility is a state-of-the-art
clinic that provides services on an outpatient basis for physical
therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and audiology. Our affiliation
with GCMH allows for patients to have a continuum of care when outpatient
therapy is warranted after an inpatient hospital stay.
