How To Make An Appointment

Initial appointments can be arranged by phone by the patient or referral source. A written referral from a physician, podiatrist or chiropractor for patient needing therapy services is required. Written referrals can be faxed to the clinic or hand-delivered at your first appointment. Convenient parking is available at our clinic.

Clinic hours are:
Monday - Friday	7:00am - 7:00pm
Saturday	8:00am - 1:00pm
Sunday	Closed

Insurances Accepted

The ever changing health care arena makes it difficult to provide an up to date list of all the insurance programs for which GRS is a participating provider. However, we accept most insurance plans. Please contact us for a more up to date list.
